Assemble The Tracks.

Following the manufacturer’s instructions, assemble pieces for the curved, vertical and horizontal tracks.

Then rest the bent portion into the vertical section that you installed earlier as you attach the other end of the ceiling bracket.

Install Brackets And Rollers On The Garage Door.

After assembling all the tracks, You need to install all the necessary rollers and brackets on the garage door.

On the doorway side, slip the vertical track into the rollers of the first door section.

Guide Rollers Into The Tracks.

Start installing rollers into the second section.

While using a helper, you need to lift the section, set it in the right place and slip its rollers on both sides of the doorway.

Connect Both sections.

Connect both sections by fastening the first section into the second section.

For many types of doors, you can make work much easier by using a power drill with a screwdriver to connect them.

Fasten the top tracks and plates

Then fasten the top plates for the vertical track into the wall.

Then attach the jamb brackets into the tracks as you fasten them into the framing members.

Also, ensure that the screws go into the sound framing.

Do not tighten the lag screw at this step because you may require to adjust the track later.

Install The horizontal and curved tracks.

Now install the horizontal and the curved tracks by positioning the curved track at an angle.

If necessary, you can bolt the pieces together.

For easy installation of the horizontal track, rest it above the ground by placing it on top of a ladder.

Mount The Tracks Into The Hinges.
